If you consider yourself as I love Japan and do not you stay just with modern tradition Tokyo or Kyoto, I want to recommend a wonderful place Japan's deep. Shirakawago Farms of Old Japan
Shirakawago? is a charming village located north of Nagoya, is in a mountainous area of Gifu Prefecture and was declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in year 95
This town is known for their houses, or rather farms, some buildings whose roofs, steep and made of straw, bear the harsh winter snows.
Still others live in this town, but is rather a tourist spot where houses can be visited. When you get there you can go through the small office next to the bus station and get a map, where each house is numbered and you can follow to do the whole tour
I recommend you go up to the lookout which is next to the ruins of Castle Ogimachi to enjoy the views across the town.
I think you need not tell you anything else, the pictures speak for themselves ...
